    Reddit is on fire

I figure if they upgrade to a dedicated host they should be okay. Seems like the easiest growth plan in history. Just wait for the SJWs to destroy reddit and a sizable portion of the audience floods your identical website. SJWs have the opposite of the midas touch. Everything they touch turns to...

Just PM me your account names and I'll add the crystals for the promo code. It's no big deal. Hey, I miss the EQ stuff, too, believe me! It was like ripping off a band-aid at the time, but it was for the best in the long run. There's literally no chance Smedley and friends would allow such...

I think any mob level... 95 or higher can drop it. IIRC, that's the mob level that can drop absolutely anything. Weapon procs should be finished this week.

Kind of interesting that a Windforce bow hasn't dropped yet.

You can permanently delete names now, btw. Let me know if you need me to delete a dead character from the past and I can take care of that, too.

1st one would require quite a bit of work to fix... definitely wouldn't design it that way a 2nd time. Second thing is getting fixed in 1-0-5.

I'm still in the red! lol! As long as I have enough money to create a new game, I have no plans to stop developing games. I'll either continue improving Nevergrind or work on a few of the ideas I have kicking around in my head. If I could manage to create something with viral success, I could...

Trying to wrap up all the Kickstarter stuff. Still making legendaries... I want to make the Hall of Champions when I'm done. It's likely it will be called "The Nevergrounds" or something like that. A Magelo type of site.

Originally there wasn't much planning for mobile as I was mainly designing for a desktop or a laptop. Honestly, I never thought it would work on a mobile, but the code has become more and more efficient. As a result the playability on a mobile device has become better over time. There are also...

Negative gold? Nice. Btw, I noticed selling items in general does not work and I already fixed this. I'm considering fixing this right away since that is pretty lame.

Right, there's no stat variance on uniques, set, or legendary items. In a lot of ways I like the variance, but it also makes it a PITA to document on the wiki, it muddies item "identity", and makes it harder for players to figure out what they need.

Yes, you should see a pet placard showing their health. If that disappears that means charm broke.

It varies, but for legendary 2H item it's about 1.75 damage to delay ratio. 1H legendaries are about 1.15-1.25. I could probably get it around 1.8-1.85 depending on stat allocations. The number of properties varies a lot. To mix it up I sometimes make one specific stat really high, like 2-3...

Since Kickstarter won't let you change survey answers, I guess we'll have to resort to PMs/posts. Feel free to post here or PM and I'll take care of the rest. I'll show you all the legendary items before I put them in your bank to be sure there are no problems.

NeverGrind: EQ inspired, browser-based single player RPG

Those are pretty good ideas. I love the idea of a guild bank. I was considering adding a "nuclear option" delete.. that's still on the table. Basically if you created a character and it checked and found that the character was deleted, it would allow you to delete it if it's the same account for...

I considered rewarding "virgin" boss kills with 10 crystals. I don't think I'll do stuff like that until I have more monetization options, though.

NeverGrind: EQ inspired, browser-based single player RPG

I haven't implemented any clicky items yet. That's certainly possible, though. That'd be fun... Are you talking about chance to get a never crystal on kill? Or something else?

Back in the past the game actually used to automatically pause when you alt-tabbed or minimized the window. Pharmakos made me remove it. It's his fault.

It looks like it will only let me make one survey and I can't edit it... stupid. So I will just message people in the legendary tiers and let them know they can elaborate.

It won't let you edit your reponse? That's dumb. Let me send out another survey with a better question.

The level requirement thing has come up a few times. Here's a compromise I'll offer: I will lower the level requirement on the item, but it will "count" against the item's overall strength. Basically it will count as a passive property to have a lowered requirement. Kind of like the Reduced...

The old window resizing thing was kind of a half-assed shit design. I'm going to work on a more robust solution that works on all window sizes, including mobiles. Let me know if the browser zoom works okay in the meantime.
