Epic performance from Kaeperbro.

Will never doubt him again. I said Rodgers would be good, and he was...kind of, but Kaeperbro was even better. Most rushing yards by a QB EVER in a single game. Im so happy that he is developing into a Michael Vick type QB, but who can actually throw. I dont know how defenses can properly spy him without compromising themselves down field.

Being in/around Baltimore is a very different take on the Ravens than you guys or the media. There are tons of Flacco jerseys, I would guess its a top five overall best seller for the team or close to it in the top ten. You see tons of Flacco jerseys every game. Lots of them on chicks I've noticed too. Flacco actually has a lot of supporters around here, more than you'd expect. He always has fans defending him against those of us who lose our patience with him. Some people really drink purple cool aid on the guy and give him too much credit and make a million excuses for him. We also have the odd phenomenon where it seems like everyone's ready to burn him at the stake and cut him loose immediately after a game like the last meeting with Denver, then as soon as he comes back in like the Giants game they all love him again and are bragging about him.

I've personally always said I'll give him his five years. He's developed some for sure, he's tough, and can manage a game decently on his best days. I fear his pocket awareness and ball security (we were very lucky that one ball intended to Boldin over the middle wasn't picked yesterday) may never get better though. So I'm not sure, I'm really torn on what we should do with him now. I'm pretty sure after the last two games he's ensured himself a contract though. Going forward I guess the next cliche of the moment will be "lets see what happens in a full season without Cam/new OC/updated playbook"....because obviouslythat'swhat's been holding Joe back, right?

I've considered that for ironic lolz but I have better ways to waste my money. I saw a Testaverde jersey last week, thought it was Jacoby which is rare and then it was another # 12.

Dom Capers is going to be who they toss under the bus on this one, but he is not fully culpable here. Thompson and McCarthy have not brought in major talent on the defensive side of the ball, aside from Mathews, for half a dozen years while they kept drafting more recievers and loading up the passing game. The offensive gameplan, with all those deep bombs from five step drops in an empty backfield led to one of the worst time of posession disparities of all time. Then you have a rookie sent back to return kicks in one of the worst places to do that task muffing a punt and turning the entire momentum of the game. The Defense is hardly at fault for the fact that the Packers ran zero times in the first dozen plays or so and ran nonstop no huddle when the D needed time to rest and regroup.

No one is going to talk about that, however, and instead coach McFatty is going to toss Capers under the bus to save his own ass (similar to what Mike Serman did after the 4th and 26 debacle against Philly) and another couple years wasted while our understaffed defense tries to learn a new guys scheme. The only thing I really fault Capers for is not having Woodsen spy Kaeperbro all game and not adjusting the coverage so that Williams would stop getting torched every play in the second half. Conversely, McCarthy made zero adjustments to the offense until the game was already well over and Rogers was running for his life the entire second half as a direct result. They better fucking draft some depth at the line on both sides instead of another couple wideouts this year, or its just going to be more of the same.

TLDR Version: Harbaugh is a far better game planner and coach than McCarthy

Epic pic of these guys meeting 90 minutes after the game. It'll be the last time they face off like this. I guess one of Peyton's kids took the pic from his phone, and didn't realize how epic it was.

If the patriots win today they will win next week if they can stop what Denver could not, the deep ball, the problem is, they could not most of the year, dennard and talib need to be healthy.

If the Texans win, their offence needs to play a lot better,

Overall, if the patriots win today, they will be in the super bowl, if the Texans win, the ravens will go to the superbowl.

This. He CAN throw though. So I can't picture Harbaugh letting him get to Vick levels of suck.

You play him like Dallas did Steve Young back in the day. (I mean they had Haley if I recall so it worked great) Only rush four if you have the horses. Make him throw. Shadow with a speedy linebacker if you don't have the solid end. He rolls right, that linebacker is there to disrupt passes short. Minimize the runs. It worked. Why did SF get rid of Haley btw? Anyway.

I SO want Seattle to beat Atlanta today. They have that type of defense to beat Kaepernick. Reason I say this, is that once again the path is GIVEN to New England to get to the Super Bowl. If they win these next two, SF will probably smash New England again. Yes I know the score was close, but we NE fans know, soon as the game got close SF just laughed and asked why were even doing this comeback thing. Take this touchdown, and STFU.

Maybe once in a lifetime, in terms of rushing, but saying he cant have another 4 TD game is kind of ridiculous given he threw 4 TD's against the vaunted Patriots in Foxborough and has thrown for around 270 yards for the past 2 games.

One thing people dont talk about is his size and speed. He is 6'4 230 lbs. He outran every player on the field during that 50 yard option read TD. He can break contain easily, so not only is he fast at the top end, he also has burst. He is almost like a cross between Cam Newton and RG3. I know that is giving him a ton of credit, but the guy is a big dude and has the frame to be able to take hits (like Newton, who was hit more than any QB in the league 2 years running, and has stood healthy) but also has the ability to gain 700-1000 rushing yards if he had started all sixteen games (like RG3).

Who knows though, he could shit the bed in his next start and all the hype goes out the window. Or he could do it again and instantly add himself into the most dynamic QB in the league discussion.

I can't imagine the games today will be able to match any of the excitement of yesterday's.

Anyway, Disp, I'm guessing you're probably thinking that $600 was totally worth it. I didn't expect that game AT ALL.

Like Famm said, around Baltimore Flacco isn't hated nearly as much as people in the rest of the country would think.

I was at a restaurant/bar 20 minutes outside of Baltimore last night during the Ravens/Broncos game and I countedat least7 Flacco jerseys. And yes, I think most of them were on women, which I don't quite understand. He's an average looking white guy with no charisma or charm.

It sickens me that I might have to end up actually cheering for the Patriots. As a Redskins fan I refuse to support the Seahawks. Help me, Matt Ryan, you're my only hope!
