I kind of feel like this is what happened to Green Bay yesterday (to Seattle right now). They can move the ball at will, but their defense is letting the other team chew up clock and ending their drives by putting up points every time. So if the offense happens to go 3 and out just once, they don't get to see the ball again for a long ass time.
