"Running into" was added to give refs a choice besides no call and 15 yards.

The difference is its a blown call

I don't know, from the replay it looked like the guy's momentum just carried him into the kicker's plant leg as he went for the block. I mostly want Seattle to win now so you SF fans can actually use all these excuses you're building up.

Luckily the refs make yet another call that benefits the shithawks? Cause it's roughing if you hit the planted foot of the kicker. Refs have their heads up their asses.
