Who knows? I don't trust that he wouldn't do it, same as I don't trust some girl that she didn't just hook up with him and is looking for money after the fact. Evidence will tell the tale.

Of course. I don't think the nhl should do anything unless he was charged. My reaction to the story when it broke was "I could see that happening.", where if it had been say toews it would have been more "really?"
