It was a terrible call but, as Ameraves said, they shouldn't have been hoping for a PI call in OT against a Minshew led Colts team. Garbage QB had 200 yards passing in FIVE quarters of play. Baltimore has reimagined their entire offense around him for almost 5 years and he looks worse than he did when he started out. He gives his team 10-11 wins every year and ensures Harbaugh milks out another year. It's not the worst results you could hope for, but that guy will never win a Superbowl as a starter. Hell, I doubt he wins another playoff game.
