Amazing how guy gets tackled in bounds and ref comes in and stops clock with 9 seconds left for like 4 or 5 seconds to allow them time to spike the ball. Zero explanation. Refs were so against us the entire 4th quarter that was unreal.

Nah, wasn't any undue delay, idiot ref running in just made the signal to stop the clock for no reason and clock operator stopped it just long enough for them to spike it.

Well I'd say generally it's to allow the chains to move but I don't see any point in that at the 3 yard line or whatever

That's just not a thing, though. Watch any other games where teams are completing much longer passes late (20+ yards) over the middle and clock is never stopped for no reason. Don't know if the one ref thought they had a timeout left, or whatever, but it's just hilarious watching the play clock run down from 39 to 35 while it's stopped at 9 seconds knowing they spiked it with only 3 seconds left.
