usually that is what is done. lots of players have done that in the past.

Maybe not the best phrase coming from a guy with a bazillion stupid personal foul calls, just saying. Frustrating player, he was incredibly disruptive on the field, but I was happy to see him walk from the Lions, his antics really got old.

I'm sure he originally said "He taught me if you aint cheatin you aint trying" but the publicist made him change it.

Judkins not having signed his entry level contract yet might not have been the smartest decision. But its Cleveland, so I'm sure it'll get worked out.

last I read none of the 2nd round picks have signed except Jayden Higgins because the texans gave him a fully guaranteed contract.

The Browns other 2nd round pick Carson Schwesinger has also signed. He went 3 picks before Judkins. He did also get a fully guaranteed contract, though.
