Pretty sure I've never said anything indicating that I want "to see kindergarten classrooms shot up". I think you need to take it down a notch there high speed, I said nothing about the fact the kid was white, just that a child was caught in a unfortunate accident and was asking peoples views on the gun control controversy that's brewing in my town. Wikipedia says terminal velocity for a .30 bullet is about 300ft/s. 200-300 is needed to penetrate skin.
And it does say, straight up is safer, because it will tumble. if angled, artillery as stated.
And you can't deny many people have died from it.

4 cops? That's like a military state for a small rich town in CT. I know Essex has 1 cop in the fall/winter and 2 in the summer. I'm not even sure if Durham has any other than when the fair is going to direct traffic/parking.;
