AI always has problems with multiple arms (GPT4o kept giving her either five or six arms but never once four, I had to use my madz photoshop skillz), but this one isn't too bad all things considered (if you ignore the arm passing through the staff)...

Vulak'Aerr really was an ugly ass dragon. And really came out of nowhere as far as Velious lore or dragon lore went in EQ. But it's an original dragon design, and it was a fun challenge to get as close as possible on GPT4o. I also tried to recapture the feel of the temple chamber he's in.
EQ dragons tend to be really lanky, with very thin limbs, and are often crouched low like crocodiles except some models like Vox and Nagafen (or similar models like Gorenaire / Talendor in Kunark). AI tends to go for more classic dragon designs seen in tons of movies or video games, I've rarely seen the EQ take on dragons in other games...
I think as time went on and more expansions came out, they gradually went for more classic dragon designs and nowadays they probably look like "normal" dragons, but there's something nostalgic about dragons from Vanilla, Kunark and Velious. I'll try for some other designs later.
