Well they showed she had hearing way beyond humans and it almost seemed better than they expected. So it could definitely be sound still.

I don't know, and despite the fact that I've called out some goofy stuff on the show like the alien throwing a tractor trailer over, which I know they're stronger than humans, that was just absurd, but there will be some crazy stuff happening.
We all will just have to tune in to find out what is in the future, and I'll be around to at least talk about it, but as I've stated before I hope it actually ends up being decent despite some of its flaws. I don't really care about a lot of TV shows but it's aliens and it's something I've loved since I was a kid.
However how many kids of now gotten burned out by Star wars or marvel or whatever the hell, and with Disney at the helm, I honestly don't have a lot of Hope.
It's going to be telepathy at the and that's why she's also special, and it will be revealed at some point why she is special because maybe they fucked with her brain.

Did the alien throw the trailer or was it the ship settling and knocking the building and stuff around?
She is going to be pissed when she finds out they took her brother apart for the experiment. I assume they put in some security safeguards in case the kids decide to go Terminator on the grownups.

Alien got stabbed by her stupid sword and then was leaking acid and then flipped the goddamn trailer truck. I'm not making this shit up. I understand the aliens are stronger than humans but it was just so God damn retarded, I will die on this hill, and it's not what the aliens are typically capable of.
Maybe a goddamn praetorian or a queen would be able to do that, but not a drone or a warrior, no way in the hell. Fight me Star wars nerds!

I think all the hybrids must have wifi. The security guy told Slightly and Smee they watched their eye feed and it was a surprise which wouldn't be if they had to physically download that once they returned. Curly and one of the other kids were present for the vivisection and didn't appear to have any problems so I don't think whatever communication is happening between Wendy and the xenos is from her synth body. I suppose, as the first, she might have additional features the other hybrids don't but I'm not convinced that's what it is.
You'd also think Kirsh would have whatever tech the kids have, minus human consciousness. I can't see Kavalier skimping on his chief scientist. If he nor the other kids couldn't "hear" anything I lean towards something special about Wendy's consciousness rather than some unique tech only she has implanted.

I just rewatched that bit, and I don't think it does.
Admittedly it's a pretty dark and choppy scene but it looks like they are in shipping container with alien on top - she stabs it through the top of the container, spills a lot of acid everywhere, and then a bit after that the container shakes and falls down the side of the spaceship to the ground.
There's a split second flash of the alien falling off the top of the container as well, so it definitely didn't throw it or 'flip' it, best case it made it fall off by jumping up and down on it, but it falling as part of the wreckage settling seems an equally reasonable explanation.
My initial thought on watching it was that the acid ate through whatever was keeping the container stable and it just fell down afterwards.

The top of the container still melted a huge hole faster than any previous blood splitage despite it only being a stab wound to the foot. Was equivalent to Aliens 4 where they straight up killed one for enough blood to open up the floor and escape.
As for the communications part Wendy is the only one with network access, "favoritism" as they called it, which she learned to hack since it was a bidirectional connection. She likely recoded herself so she would process the audio internally from all the video feeds of her brother. The kids' hardware may be able to pick up the frequency range the same as her but their software doesn't do anything with the spectrum that generates no noise to a human.

Yeah it's hard to tell exactly what's happening. The alien is definitely still on the roof when the container flips. You can hear it getting flipped off. Whether it's supposed to be from some kind of building tremor or the acid burning through the trailer axles is kinda vague. But it definitely isn't the alien flipping it over. It seems like it's supposed to be a side effect of the acid melting through the floor and causing the floor to collapse. It doesn't flip all the way over. Just falls over to one side off the trailer.
Kind of funny with all the wifi crap going on the cyborg guy still has to use a cell phone. He's got a big ass knife arm and a cutting torch but they couldn't spring for a $99 wifi dongle?

Well maybe there’s a tiny chance that like in the late 90s AvP computer game it can tell differences in what it is looking at so it knew it needed to come at a different angle and bailed on the direct attack
I don’t remember an alien POV since alien 3 which was 1992 before that game came out and it was fisheye style which they used in the game as well

Man I had that game on CD-ROM. I bought it at Hastings back in high school, and it was a tough damn game. You basically had to do every level with no save points, and if I remember correctly the Marine mission was like one of the toughest. The alien one was pretty rough too because you might turn a corner and there would be a sentry gun and you would just get blasted. It was all about navigating the air ducts.
AVP to was a far superior game and a staple for LAN parties, and because of their Superior firepower the Marines was what I always went with, but if you played alien gestation mode on the map, it always resulted in hilarity. Just run around and face huggering somebody, and then you got to try to survive as the newborn, God damn those were fun times.
If I remember the game had it to where the alien vision was they saw everything in white or whatever, which is why they're the perfect organisms.

that’s zombie apocalypse level of needing to make use of whatever you can not as you said lvl of capability
that’s pure writing room “hey you know what would be really cool?” and goes to show that the premise and aesthetic of alien universe still holds our interest and if done right could of been really epic but is just mediocre and alright for now
only excuse would be if Timothy Olyphant had smacked those little fuckers and reminded them they are super fast, access to intelligence , and are literally weapons with super strength and that’s why no weapons are on any of them but he never did and instead have them pussies around these creatures they could of been squishing stomping ripping apart left and right
