You're right, and the first 90% of the last episode was pretty good but it was all fan service, but the alien starts doing "surprise" shit. He was wiggling around and then you have the goofy eyeball monster trying to get him. I don't know what the hell they're trying to do with this but it's hilarious.
The only good thing about the show is me wanting to understand or know about the other aliens and I don't care about the xenomorph at all. It's not a very good show and I don't know why people are wanting to blow this Noah dudes dick so much.

Shogun was good but it had very little actual action. It was almost all 2 people in a room talking.
At least this show has awesome action, lots of gore, mysterious happenings, unknown motivations.
Sure the writing is poor in spots to set up the action scenes, but at least the action scenes are here. The monsters look great. The sets are awesome. I can't believe the usual suspects on youtube are bitching about this show. It shits all over Andor, which those fools praise for some reason. That show was BORING as shit!

It's a giant penis headed monster. Alien always played off the sexuality trope. It chased Ripley around in her underwear for half an hour in the first movie.

My magician...
I especially liked on that episode 5 where the alien was doing a wiggly dance at Morrow, and then the tentacle eye monster was fighting him. I'm going to finish it out just because I want to see how absurd it gets, but it's pretty God damn bad and I know everybody says this Noah Hawley guy is amazing for some fucking reason, but it's just polishing a giant turd.

Theres a fan theory that Kirsh is a Roy Batty era Replicant from Tyrell but upgraded with the infinite life-span it was going for, as Ridley Scott has put out there that Alien and Blade Runner are the same universe. Now we know this show is ignoirng Prometheus and Alien Covenant, so BR2049 could be ignored even though Dennis Villenueve threw in the Sulaco there as an easter egg. That reference on top of him subscribing to artificial life being much superior and and lying about what happened to Tootles is kinda laying the groundwork. True or not its a bit of fun.
If thats the case then Morrow would know Kirsh as an old unit even though he had been off Earth since 2055. Hence the old toy quip, I connected it to the toy room in BR. Its always bugged me that Boy Kavelier would trust a Weyland-Yutani synth so much and with the way he looks I subscribed to the BR universe being involved even as an easter egg.
