These absolutely retarded monkeys. I blew 12 last night trying to increase my score. Who the fuck has room to carry unnecessary drivers around. They should make it a power rod/ mag accelerator if they want it to be expensive.

All this does is casual raiders like adelbisi will be screwed sans doing night power rod runs on dam to the supply room. Meanwhile for me it's just a mild inconvenience, go to blue gate with a jupiter and walk out with 20 drivers once things calm down. But the biggest pain in the dick is they only 3 stack. Or wolfs 1....

I was coming here to post the exact same thing.

They also did the same to trail blazers which were already worthless because of the nerf, and now doubly so since they are harder to make. These idiots are out to lunch.

Item Value and Cost Changes​

Following item values and costs have been adjusted with appropriate recycle and salvaging adjustments:

  • Deadline
    • Value increased from 5,000 to 6,000.
    • Trader price increased from 15,000 to 18,000.
    • Added a new ARC part as a crafting cost.
  • Trailblazer
    • Value increased from 1,600 to 2,200.
    • Trader price increased from 4,800 to 6,600.
    • Added a new ARC part as a crafting cost.
  • Wolfpack
    • Value increased from 5,000 to 6,000.
    • Added Rocketeer Driver as a crafting cost.
    • Reduced Refined Explosive cost.
  • Vita Spray
    • Value increased from 3,000 to 3,400.
    • Added Tick Pod as a crafting cost.
  • Showstopper
    • Value decreased from 2,200 to 2,100.
    • Added Hornet Driver as a crafting cost.
    • Changed crafting component from Advanced Electrical Components to Electrical Components

These morons do not even know that Wolfpacks are not the end all be all. If you are going to increase something to require a rocketeer driver, Deadline would be the choice since that takes out all major arc outside a queen and Matriarch in one shot - and the reason why Mat and queen kills are 40 seconds is because of a massive amount of deadlines.

Meanwhile, they actually thought Aphellion and Jupiter are PvP weapons not major Arc weapons so they buffed a few timings without realizing these do jack dick all in PvP and it isn't because of weapon swap time or ADS. Seriously WTF? Stitcher and Kettle got a nerf, Venator got another nerf, but still the epics like Bobcat and Tempest are still mid in comparison without any buffs.

Same loot table. No new guns.

Honestly aside from what Hurricane could be, they are playing whack a mole on their excel data sheets, updating numbers and calling it content.

I mean I at least get and understand I think the desire to make various grenade a more careful use rather than just coming in with 12 of whatever and clearing everything. Look at how confident and careless I could be when doing trials especially pre trail nerf. Hopefully the flamers flu low and the increased small arc damage makes them ideal for these new arc.

The goal I think is they want a little more drawn out gun play rather than anything bigger than a journey just getting quickly deleted. Though I'm a pvp lobby just makes the bigger arc even more risky to fuck with.

I get it - but nerf the trail blazer into the ground and then make it harder to create makes it even more useless than it already was. Wolfpacks will still be easy to make since we aren’t resetting, we will now just have to go kill a couple rocketeers but now it takes up more stash. The gun problem is still a problem, it’s like they don’t understand their own itemization. And it’s the same itemization. Nothing new here. We need major differentiation in guns with risk for reward structure with reward heavily based on power.

They move one step forward and trip over the fact they forgot about the three other things they need to change to make the one step forward effective.

Peasant weapon nerfs, though the venator feels maybe unneeded. Aphelion might be usable. Energy clips by default is huge that alone almost makes me more reset willing

It kinda looks like their engine. Better than being a walker cell. I wish it was just a shredder piece. The other items all kinda make sense for what they are.

It's frustrating because I can make these fixes right now.

Revert Trailblazer to pre-nerf stats. Add Comet component for crafting as done.

Add Firefly component for wolfpack - not rocketeer component.

Add a choice between 1 Rocketeer driver/Leaper Pulse/Bastion cell/Bombardier cell Any of the 4, for Deadline

With the much added danger in Hurricane (Trust me - play through one and don't bring good gear) add Legendary guns and Queen/Matriarch parts to the ultra rare loot table of the caches.

Gun Balance:

Increase Non Headshot damage on Vulc, Bobcat, and Tempest with 35% decreased dispersion/bloom across the Tempest and Bobcat on level 4 upgrades with green and above mods. (Fully kitted gun gets the bonus dispersion bucket ticked - similar to an armor set bonus in an RPG)
Keep all Grey guns as they stand after today's patch.
Decrease damage on El Toro
Increase Dispersion/bloom on Appregio by 25%.
Venator, Renegade, Torrente, keep as is post patch.
Increase dispersion on Burletta - 20%. Decrease rate of fire by 5%.

Equalizer - Keep as is.

Jupiter/Aphelion - Increase DAMAGE (While leaving Arc Penetration the same) to non-arc by 30%. Keep other buffs post patch.

With this we have a reasonable gun level tier system, an actual REASON to use higher level tier guns, a workable gun leveling system, and reasonable crafting components for higher level (Based on tier and usefulness) balanced with challenge to get them on a graded scale.

But this is fucking common sense.

Dunno what you would expect, sample size of only 3 but they look bigger on average, like partway to a secure locker.

One reason nerfs can be better is overall ttk. Not like the purple feel bad just that cheap was just as good. But them much more and they are instant deletes. Really only the Bettina to me actually felt bad.
Id like 1-3 second more on ttk so that fights can have more reaction and counter play. More tone to actually use utility items rather than just who can put a 2 second clip or trigger nade into someone. Think how many times we've been jumped and the first person rarely gets to do anything unless they just whiff.

Where is the risk? If I can run breached lockers in a night raid which is far safer than hurricane and get the same loot - or the same loot table (For the most part) in uncovered caches? More caches? I mean playability is fun I am sure, but where is the risk/reward?

Not everyone has breach, here's an alternative. For a semi common world spawn I don't really want to see 10 Wolfpack fall out


We technically got new items, the targeting scanner might be sweet, curious about pop trigger damage. Just really jonesing for a new gun

Not sure if winds change directions, be nice if map showed currents so you could kinda plan your flow around the map accordingly
