I have a 16 x 20 shop that I am in the process of finishing out to make into a home gym. Here is what I plan on filling it with.

Rogue Monster Rack 100"
Quantum Free Trainer
Rogue Z Hyper
Titan Squat Max MD
Freak Athlete Hyper Pro
Nuobell or mx100 Dumbells
Apex Bench
Set of Kettle Bells
Rogue Ohio Barbel
Aviron Rower

Lots of plates & various bar attachments.

I am debatting between getting the Leg Ext/Curl that goes with the Hyper Pro or wait for the Dialed Motion one.

EDIT: Yes, I am aware of the redundancies with a Rogue Rack and the other equipment. This gym is for my whole family and my kids who are just getting into lifting only know/like/want a Rack. I am getting older and see the value in plate loaded machines that do require me to have a spotter. When the kids are gone I will sell the rogue rack, they appear to hold a fair amount of value on the resell market.

Yeah, with a garage door and two man doors I basically lose a whole wall. It is tight, but all fits with adequate lanes and clearances. Also, this will likely get used solo the majority of the time. On the positive side I plan on setting the rower to look out the garage door at the forest.

I am super excited to walk 100 feet to my gym.

I did consider getting a full rhino trainer instead of the quantum and squat max, but like I said I am getting older and the idea of being able to lift solo heavy is really the long term goal.

Has anyone tried Sermorelin in any form and could share experiences, reason for starting / stopping, etc.?

I am peptide curious and this one caught my attention via some of the longevity space. I was turned on to it while I was looking for ways of improving sleep quality as mine has been slowly getting worse as I get older (fragmented). Purported to be an HGH stimulant without compromising your body's normal production.

Been in the 200 - 300mcg / day on a 5 on / 2 off program. I have been trying it out for ~4 months and I am considering dropping due to no meaningful difference. The other option would be upping the dose to the higher end of the range (400 - 500mcg), but based on what I have been reading that would be a potential benefit on the body composition side and not really do much more for sleep and the clinic would have to approve it.

I had looked at actual HGH but I am not sure I am ready for dabbling in that space and, well, it's crazy expensive. I am older now and I have means. Some spend is fine but, at $150 / month, this is frivolous.

I have been on TRT (normal diagnosed, not sport / clinic) for ~6 years at this point, that is doing most of the heavy lifting keeping me in the normal range and is only $50 / 3 month through my doctor. That had quite clear benefits.

Is it hard to get test if you don't actually come back with low numbers on your blood tests? I haven't ever gotten mine checked or anything but have been debating actually giving it a go (aiming for very high, not "we'll boost you to 250 ng/dL") but don't want to waste the time/money getting tests done if everywhere is just gonna tell me i'm not low enough so they can't help me. Have read mixed things on whether or not the random male health clinics will just do it for anyone or if they're strict with it.

Go to a sports/mens clinic. Getting an endo to prescribe it is a lot harder.

I guess that's what I was wondering, if it was actually easier at those places. I figured it is but random googling (so obviously not super trustworthy) made it seem like maybe those places were also sticklers about "but you don't need it so no can do". Would be an unhappy camped if I went to one of those places and forked out the couple hundred bucks for the labwork/consult they all want, just to get told they won't do it for me.

You shouldnt have an issue at all through a mens clinic or even online mens clinic. They just make you pay a good amount upfront and then they will "optimize" your results.

If you're under 400 and complain about all the symptoms related to low T, a Urologist is usually willing to prescribe also.

Men's clinic you deal with the "how legit is this", but it may be your only option. Online services like Marek and others, if you pay enough, offer some extremely thorough follow ups and guidance.

Why would you say a mens clinic is "how legit is this" but an online site is good. Mens clinic is literally a online clinic but in person.

You should need the tests regardless of prescriber and they are generally transferrable within certain time periods if they cover the usual values.

Online / Clinic vs Urologist / Endocrinologist will depend on measurements, symptoms, and your actual goals (stated or unstated).

Going the traditional route, if you are <300 and have symptoms, they are generally amicable. They will only boost you into the normal range and, most, aren't going for the high end, especially not over 1000.

Clinics place more weight on the symptom side even if values are around the normal range. They will also be more likely to hit that 'sport' TRT range.

Myself, I went the traditional route (<200 / depression / libido) through a Urologist. Hanging out around 700-800, feeling much better, but it's just how most dudes feel I imagine.

Cost is only around $20 / month for the testosterone. Need labs and visit every 6 months as well. The online route is quite a bit more from what I recall. They also have more complex programs with aromatase inhibitors, etc if they aim to boost you up further.

I don't have any insurance or anything so i'm expecting to pay quite a bit more than 20/month, and definitely more interested in getting to 'sport' range than assuming I have low T although who knows. Is one clinic near me that also offers peptides and stuff, although not sure I can afford to do both at the moment since I upgraded my car payment at the start of the year when I was making more money than I am now.
