What in the….?
If this is real, seems like a great way to injure your shoulders.
What in the….?
Go to a sports/mens clinic. Getting an endo to prescribe it is a lot harder. Is it hard to get test if you don't actually come back with low numbers on your blood tests? I haven't ever gotten mine checked or anything but have been debating actually giving it a go (aiming for very high, not "we'll boost you to 250 ng/dL") but don't want to waste the time/money getting tests done if everywhere is just gonna tell me i'm not low enough so they can't help me. Have read mixed things on whether or not the random male health clinics will just do it for anyone or if they're strict with it.
You shouldnt have an issue at all through a mens clinic or even online mens clinic. They just make you pay a good amount upfront and then they will "optimize" your results.I guess that's what I was wondering, if it was actually easier at those places. I figured it is but random googling (so obviously not super trustworthy) made it seem like maybe those places were also sticklers about "but you don't need it so no can do". Would be an unhappy camped if I went to one of those places and forked out the couple hundred bucks for the labwork/consult they all want, just to get told they won't do it for me.
If you're under 400 and complain about all the symptoms related to low T, a Urologist is usually willing to prescribe also.Is it hard to get test if you don't actually come back with low numbers on your blood tests? Why would you say a mens clinic is "how legit is this" but an online site is good. Mens clinic is literally a online clinic but in person. If you're under 400 and complain about all the symptoms related to low T, a Urologist is usually willing to prescribe also.
Men's clinic you deal with the "how legit is this", but it may be your only option. Online services like Marek and others, if you pay enough, offer some extremely thorough follow ups and guidance.
Search reddit for trt and you'll get plenty of recommendations/pitches for online men's clinics. They're not picky about who they prescribe to and will run around $100ish/mo, often billed by quarter (not counting labs, and you should find one that lets you bring your own labs). They all offer peptide and supplement upsells that you should completely ignore unless you specifically want something you can't get somewhere else. (not saying to ignore peptides/supplements, but trt clinic addons are generally overpriced and oversold)I don't have any insurance or anything so i'm expecting to pay quite a bit more than 20/month, and definitely more interested in getting to 'sport' range than assuming I have low T although who knows. Is one clinic near me that also offers peptides and stuff, although not sure I can afford to do both at the moment since I upgraded my car payment at the start of the year when I was making more money than I am now.
I don't push that through insurance as I have a HDHP. There is a Good Rx competitor I forget the name of one of the pharmacists turned me on to.I don't have any insurance or anything so i'm expecting to pay quite a bit more than 20/month, and definitely more interested in getting to 'sport' range than assuming I have low T although who knows.
That wasn't meant to be a blanket statement about "men's clinics" just that I'd really read up on the local ones that pop up on any corner in a given area. Even Marek or similar services you want to do your research - that should be a given but I've been surprised before. If you're under 400 and complain about all the symptoms related to low T, a Urologist is usually willing to prescribe also.

Has anyone tried Sermorelin in any form and could share experiences, reason for starting / stopping, etc.?
I am peptide curious and this one caught my attention via some of the longevity space. I was turned on to it while I was looking for ways of improving sleep quality as mine has been slowly getting worse as I get older (fragmented). Purported to be an HGH stimulant without compromising your body's normal production.
Been in the 200 - 300mcg / day on a 5 on / 2 off program. I have been trying it out for ~4 months and I am considering dropping due to no meaningful difference. The other option would be upping the dose to the higher end of the range (400 - 500mcg), but based on what I have been reading that would be a potential benefit on the body composition side and not really do much more for sleep and the clinic would have to approve it.
I had looked at actual HGH but I am not sure I am ready for dabbling in that space and, well, it's crazy expensive. I am older now and I have means. Some spend is fine but, at $150 / month, this is frivolous.
I have been on TRT (normal diagnosed, not sport / clinic) for ~6 years at this point, that is doing most of the heavy lifting keeping me in the normal range and is only $50 / 3 month through my doctor. That had quite clear benefits.

Yeah, everything i've seen about costs would lead me to absolutely not trust anyone offering me 'HGH' at $150/month. $1500 a month maybe. Are you talking about HGH from a clinic? $150 is dirt cheap.
Brick and mortar even if it's a TRT mill can take up to 1 full year to get you to sport ranges. Some mills will start you at sport range, but most will retest a few times and make you go through the hoops, need to keep advocating yourself for increases every 3-4 months after bloodwork, etc.
If sport ranges are your goal, you're looking to just get handed a 200mg/ML vial prescription right off the break. The best way to do that is telemedicine clinics that are known to be giving the maximum acceptable amount. Otherwise expect it to take over 1-2 years to talk up a brick and mortar into giving you 200mg a week script.
