Depends if they mean billing or not. If they mean billing it would go RDJ, Chris Hemsworth, then whoever. If they are talking about leader of the Avengers or the new team it could be Mr. Fantastic leading them. My guess is the former since they didn't say Thor and we know RDJ is a major character in the film so he wont get a "with" or an "and" billing. The order and with's and and's does matter contractually as dumb as it sounds.

Pretty sure there's been press stories that Cap Marvel, Spidey, Cap Falcon, New Widow, and Reed are leading the team in the years and years Endgame. It all seems like empty 'Please be excited for the newest release!' PR nonsense.
(Ironically, it sounds like FF's PR has been filled with lies on that front as well, but for the good - Reed is the leader, and Johnny is straight.)

This is pretty much where I'm at.
I'm at the point that I believe they need to accept that the MCU through Endgame was a unique butterfly and stop thinking they can recreate it. Just go to only putting out a roadmap for one movie at a time, and work on making that one movie as good as possible as a stand alone hero movie. Then proceed after that release to the next.

They didn't finish writing infinity war or end game while filming
but they also didn't finish writing marvels or captain shrimp boat capt or Depression Avengers either.
Depends entirely if its a committee of DEIs watching the dailies and demanding reshoots to add more handicapped transgender people of color or if they really are just willing to adapt as they shoot scenes and get performances that might play better if they change things a bit to tell a better story.
Gunn's Superman was allegedly finished writing completely before they started filming and that's about the worst script/plot in fucking cinema.
Have a feeling though, its going to be the latter. Reshoots cus the movie isn't gay enough/too gay
