Eh not really, but youre not really there for the money. Youll pull something like 800k-1bil per hour at Dek Hystria between trash and drops. The Tungrad neck and earring drops pretty regularly and the occasional Debo earring is a nice bonus, but they are rare. Dekhia Sulfur is a bit worse for money, but again, if youre there, youre after map pieces and the money is just kinda a bonus.

Here's a blog post update on what I've been up too.

Finished off the Exalted Vells upgrade a few days ago, so Hexe is done for now. Spent a few days leveling Hunting up to Guru (I've got 1600 mastery only) at the Grass Rhinos, making some decent money while doing it. The Sharps alone almost made it worth it. Had a look at the Edania hunting and it seems to be just more of the same from Narcion, not sure how it'll work out money wise, I'll leave that for the pro players to let me know if it's worth it.

Last night I put 30mins into my old stomping ground (remember this Kirun?) Blood Wolves. Got a Kagtunak and went to bed to resume in the morning. Finished off the scroll and picked up another 3 Kagtunaks, so that's 2 billion in that hour. Finally go around to crafting all my Ultimate Macalods and a spare that I promptly sold for 1bil. Went on over to Jade Starlight Forest (no experience here) and got a Iridescent Lightstone in 10 minutes of roaming around trying to work out how the place works.

Good times.

Yzrahid was one of my favorite grind spots in the game, but i think a persons mileage there depends on their class. My first round there as a Lahn was ok, nothing special, got my Kabua's and Ator's done then left. I returned later on my Valk alt for a few weeks when they had a treasure drop event (before paint) and it was a whole different ballgame. She felt much better equipped to handle things and I enjoyed it a lot more. I also tend to favor tower spots over rotation spots so that probably factors in too.

Also, dont forget Sniper hunting. Some good money to be made there too, especially in LoML.

Spent 3 hours so far at Jade, 4 Lightstones. There's no way this can last, I hope it does though!

It's for Erethea's Limbo. Kind of a fun little zone that gives some pretty huge rewards at the end. I'm not sure if Erethea's is even a thing anymore? I don't know, I haven't grinded at Jade in probably 3 years. I miss that fuckin' spot so much.

Yeah the Limbo event thing was removed, but you can trade in the witches token for a Limbo box that comes in 3 flavors, common, lost, and rare. Rewards are lightstones and the rare gives Debo rings. Garmoth said that since there were easier ways to get Debo rings now, PA just removed the event in favor of instant rewards.

It is always weird when they remove content. I remember the old original Dark Rift thing that was a tower defense sort of event where one person built defenses, people could man flame towers like in node wars and others had matchlocks to kill waves of enemies that spawned. It was unique, weird, and kinda fun. I miss it.

Oddly, Erethea's Limbo still exists, but the Debo dropping version does not. Rewards from the Witches Token weren't that great but it was pretty fun to work it out on the fly. IIRC the main quest line I did ages ago had part of that event in it, or I did the "easy" version of it ages ago.

Man I had forgotten about that

There is also that little arena minigame that they took out. Where you would spawn as just an essence and you had to find a character type to play. Little PVP 30 versus 30 or something like that. I always thought that was fun.

I may be completely blind or just looking in the wrong spots, but what has PA got planned for this week? I got the 3300 crons from the discord event and so far that's been all Ive seen. I was kinda hoping for a near Ball-tier amount of goodies for a few taps :p

I mean, they're doing like 98k pearls or something (but obviously no "sale" prices on the event pearls). Think there's 5 outfits in there, and then some gamble boxes, and then a bunch of stuff most people probably don't need/want.

BlueSquadron is a fucking retard and nobody should pay attention to his content. The guy is a huge liar who barely plays the game (and sucks at it when he does) - he just uses it for reaction content. I hate that his manufactured "controversy" is what made him popular.

That said, they really haven't announced what we're going to get from a "freebie" standpoint yet. Most of it is just speculation based on what other regions got for their 10th Anniversary. March 5th is when they're having the "10th Anniversary" stream and I imagine we will get most of the details on what exactly we're getting then.

The pearls thing is just easy to do if you pick the fishing one

True, my greedy ass was hoping for something along the levels of a Ball :p I mean, we have two balls per year but only one 10th anniversary, dole out codes for piles of crons!
