Well I played a bit more, level 16 only on a warrior and level 8 or so on a sorceress.
Questing is as boring or fun as other MMO depending on how you like it, there is nothing new that I have seen so far.
Combat is at this level, is for lack of a better term...boring. While you can do combos, and have lot of variety...you can get away with just using 1 or 2 attacks...left mouse button for single target, right mouse button for aoe. Can easily kill groups or 6+ mobs while drinking potions to heal yourself if needed(rarely), they have very short cooldown so basically if you have enough potions you can pretty much kill anything. I have over 150 at 16 and never bought a single one, quest give you anywhere from 5-10. I have yet to die or come close to it.
Graphics, are also very disappointing so far...not that I travel much...it looks good but there is very little diversity so far, also it's very cluttered tons of grass, bushes, plants, and mobs...it's always very packed with stuff...to a point where it's annoying. It runs well though, although the default draw distance(haven't change any settings) gets blurry really quick, and npc/players pop up from not very far.
The aspect that seems really interesting are the part I cannot really understand due to language barrier.
Intimacy system, where some NPC have some form of interest and you can play a mini game with them to unlock quests, items for sale etc...using knowledge you've obtained in your adventures to give to them and score points.
The crafting, farming, housing and commerce all seem pretty fleshed out but go from hard to impossible to do with the language barrier. Farming takes into account water level, and other stuff.
So it's hard if not impossible to judge these systems...which amount for a large part of the game, so hard to judge the game overall.
The thing is the part that I can judge...questing and combat are for me a huge disappointment at my low level (16). Maybe it gets better, but looking at level 50 videos of combat it looks pretty much exactly like what I am doing at level 16 find groups of mobs and aoe them down...and level 50 seems to be taking as much damage as I am doing it...which is not a lot.
Having said that, I'm still looking forward to the game in English form, but my anticipation has dismissed so what due to boring combat.
