This can only be a good thing, pre-emptively fire all the game designers. These are the people who made Diablo 3. Diablo 2 was another studio (Blizzard North) which they let go after Diablo 2 expansion released.
The new studio heads seem promising. A WoW addict and someone in charge of good game remasters.
