That reporter has an annoying voice, but I like how the website lets you scroll down and keep watching the video. I'm not that concerned about their market power. Seems like craft/homebrew just keeps getting bigger. I do try to drink a few local brands these days. I've been meaning to visit one of them, but haven't found the time.

AB-InBev was already the largest player in the game. Merging with SABMiller is just about increasing their presence in certain growth markets like Africa, China and possibly India (if anyone can figure out how to make money in India).

They'll be spinning off something in North America to dodge anti-trust but they don't really care about that anyhow. This isn't about static or shrinking markets after all and NA is basically a solved market for beer.
