After so many years drinking this after a workout I crave it anytime I break a sweat.

I use the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor and just add cocoa powder to it when I want it chocolate flavored. Cheaper and tastes better.

No such thing as cheap whey unless you're okay with getting it from dubious countries. Protein is almost always the most expensive macro in the food industry.

Let me know if you find something significantly cheaper than it.
Can we get a pic of the tuco the god of thunder with his hammer 2026? All I got is the hammer and anvil + burger love pics.

I never understand this. In a world where we've all come to recognize that processed, industrialized food is all kinds of fucked up. People are still ingesting random powders for "health" or "fitness".

I mean, why not just eat some eggs and chicken and stuff? Seriously.
