Halloumi is fantastic. I cook a lot of Indian food and use that instead of paneer. So much more flavor.

The best way to eat cheese is like an apple. Sadly that isn't super socially acceptable so I wouldn't recommend it at parties. But sitting at home alone daintily cutting slices of cheese using some fancy knife or gadget is a waste of time.
