Stilton is my favorite around the holidays. Glass of port and your pretty much Piter eating spice from Dune.

My other avorite cheese is a good Sharp as hell cheddar and my go to at Costco is Kingdom.

these stupid wire cutting marble shits are what i see every party, i guess it makes sense, you don't want to just have sharp knives out on a table w/ a bunch of idiots drinking socially.

when i cut cheese, i find a santoku knife w/ it's scalloped designs works best

The best way to eat cheese is like an apple. Sadly that isn't super socially acceptable so I wouldn't recommend it at parties. But sitting at home alone daintily cutting slices of cheese using some fancy knife or gadget is a waste of time.
