started act 3. and new complaints. yeah. "where the fuck am I supposed to go" no real direction for story missions
It goes back to the old dogs and why they even went to make an over world is to just either travel to old limited right after act 2 and complete the game or explore the world which is what act 3 really isYou talk to some people at camp and they tell you exactly where to go and why if you want to finish relationship stories. Plus the entire act starts off with a cinematic pointing you directly to the final area.
Eiffel tower. Can't miss it.
Daaaanng, nice work. I just got good enough to parry most of his bullshit. My build must have been trash because even at level 95 or whatever I was my biggest hit only did quarter of his health.by the time I got to Simon I two shot him. Hit him twice with Maelle (once to enter the cut-scene and once more to kill him).
Perfectly happy to not have to deal with 3 phases and multiple swords, or whatever you guys had to do.

And double hits in phase 2, shit was brutal.simon attacks at lightning speed
*Simon uses short attack combo (it’s 13 swings)*And double hits in phase 2, shit was brutal.
that's by far the most damaging attack he can do. It's group wide AND the hardest to parry with no buildup. He also does this gay ass pause before one of his strike mid combo just to mess up your rhythm.simon attacks at lightning speed
yes... act 3 points you to the final area presumably, and then opens up the world. if I was supposed to go to the final area, and NOT explore first, then the game should haven't have opened the area yet. are you saying toing to the final area, stops me and turns me back, and gives new directions? every prior time, the game opens up, you are supposed to go explore before moving to the next area.
or, so I left camp, and was supposed to immediately go back into camp to get directions? if that is the case then the game should have said, "we can either go directly back to final area, or perhaps we should investigate and learn more first, here's three other places we should consider" it should have done it, before leaving the camp the first time.
Sure, you can argue they sucked at establishing lines of communication. But they ended up all over the place with varying degrees of success.
Some getting quite close to success, like getting to the Monolith. Many of these were even early on, like some of the 80's expeditions. They were just doomed to failure since they didn't understand that they were trying to defeat their literal creator. I want to say some of them even figured out Renoir was trapped under the Monolith and was actually the one responsible.
I maintain that Metaphor Refantazio is a better overall experience since that game is an actual turn-based rpg.I'll assume it was just me since this game is doing well but I could not get into this with the QTE fights. I refunded it on Steam.
is it like the similar game where the kids are in school? I never could get into those either. Cannot recall the names.I maintain that Metaphor Refantazio is a better overall experience since that game is an actual turn-based rpg.
