The Big 12 absolutely needs a conference championship game. Like to the point of telling the conference that they are not allowed in the 4 team playoff until they have one. It's actually fucking one of their teams just as much as it's helping another. Baylor is playing a top 10 opponent and is still not going to be in the playoff while TCU got to hold a scrimmage at home and impress some moron's "eye test" by blowing out a 2 win team.

B12 has to pick up 2 more teams, as of right now it's an NCAA rule that you can't have a championship game unless you have 12 teams or more.

Which 2 teams do they go after? Keep in mind that absolutely no one would leave the Pac12, Big10, or SEC to join them.

I'd guess Cincinnati(to give West Virginia someone somewhat close to them in-conference) and I don't know who else. Maybe UCF/USF? Who knows.

For the 500000000 goddamn time. This is not the fault of the Big 12.
The ACC and the Big 12 are in the process of trying to change NCAA rules regarding conference championship games. Currently, a conference must have at least 12 teams, split into two divisions and all the teams in that division must play each other.

We would have been happy with UAB, but, well, ya know.

It's the NCAA's fault the Big 12 replaced Colorado, Nebraska, TAMU, and Missouri with 2 teams? I'm sure Jimbo Fisher would love to be shitting on Wake Forest right now. Why is TCU special? Play a dumpster fire on championship weekend with no consequences. Fair as fuck.

I cant believe this is the same team that lost to Virginia Tech back in September. The Oline is sooo much better. Been a wild year but the Buckeyes are really primed to be awesome the next two years. Need Georgia Tech's defense to wake the hell up right now though!

You try being in a conference with the temper-tantrum-throwing-man-child that is UT and then tell me how easy it is to get anything done that might, remotely, even possibly have a chance at reducing UT's strangle-hold on this conference.

Well Ray Ray, Florida has lost 2 commits today and only has 7 kids in the class. Maybe they don't like Thrift Shop as much as Foley? Explain.

That's interesting. I didn't know the playoff #1 seed got to choose their bowl location in the 1st round of the playoffs. Alabama will get to choose either Rose or Sugar(they'll obviously choose Sugar)

Alabama choosing Rose would be hilarious though, would send Oregon to New Orleans against (probably) Florida St. That would be a much more pro-Florida St crowd. Alabama might be smart to do that if they want a better chance of knocking Oregon out of the playoff before they even have to face them

4 team playoff working out pretty much exactly how everyone predicted it would. What a load of shit - Think its Bama, Oregon, FSU, and tOSU sneaks in. Pretty fucked though if that happens as they had TCU at 3 last week. Will be interesting to see how it shakes out, but I think the B12 gets t-boned tomorrow.

Who has Ohio State even beaten this year? And with a third string QB? Gotta go with Baylor or TCU. Like Leadaas said though, OSU is prolly gonna win their next 30 regular season games.
