And used copies of NCAA 14 for Xbox 360 are rising in value...selling online now for like $70+, since its the last one that was made, and people are still making current year rosters for the game.

Depending on the outcome of the lawsuits and ncaa rules for paying players, we might see one again in a few years.

The bigger the playoffs are, the better the chance that a non-traditional power can win a national championship. During the entire BCS championship game era(1998-2013), not a single team won a national title that didn't already have one previously in their history. The last team to win their first national title was Florida in 1996, almost 20 years ago now. Any time that any kind of voting or human decision comes into play, teams with the "big name" will always have a decided advantage before a minute of football is even played.

As a fan of a team that is nowhere close to being a traditional power, I like the playoffs, and let's get up to 8 teams ASAP...

I'm not sure how accurate part of that is. Where they have school pay/others pay I think that's not real accurate at least where LSU is concered. Even Miles only makes the maximum amount from the university that a professor can make which is around $400k and the TAF pickes up the rest and the same goes for the assistants.

Or maybe they have others pay down as endoresements. Miles contract is public because he is a state employee and you can google it, but assistants are not for whatever reaosn.

When he was just a coordinator before going to the Raiders everybody liked him as well, been a slow downhill descent ever since then. A lot of the Alumni never warmed to Kiffin even after that 10-2 season.
