I'm sorry that the highlight of your season was a game in mid October. Georgia is the Ole Miss of the East.

I don't think Baylor is top 10 either. Arkansas might be top ten, but no way do they actually live up to it. Same with ole miss, and fuck ole miss.

Dunno how Mich St isn't in there, they have been solid for a while.

Does Alabama have a quarterback yet?

Fuck ole miss

SEC Network on Twitter: Six of the Top 10... we'll take it.
All you can do is laugh. I mean I don't know exactly what the power index is trying to indicate, but if it's the 10 best teams in the nation.. yeah, just laugh.

SEC Network on Twitter: Six of the Top 10... we'll take it.

As much as I like to talk about the virtues of the SEC, I can't see this being accurate. No way is A&M or Arkansas a top 10 team. Top 25? That's reasonable, but not top 10. Ole Miss is probably a stretch as well. And what about Auburn? I'd drop A&M, Arky, and Ole Miss off that list and add Auburn, Michigan State, and Clemson
Alabama is appropriate on that list (I would never argue against them, they have a proven track-record), the rest of the SEC is not even close. I would only put about 4-5 total SEC teams in the Top 25. I think Georgia, Auburn, and Ole Miss are going to have a great year, but A&M, LSU, and Arkansas are going to be shit once again. This power index is a laughing-stock and yet again shows the cock-slobbering of the SEC that ESPN and most sports media participate in. Does ESPN deep throat while Fox Sports cups the balls? Who puts the finger in the butt?

Yeah, he just hasn't won the job yet.

To be honest guys I haven't even kept up on my Alabama Crimson Tide this year. I may have a drop off season in "giving a shit".

If he can catch the ball and run crisp routes that will make things ridiculously hard on defenses to go along with the already stacked position players they had. The guy runs a 4.3 and can flip around the field like a ping pong ball.

That ESPN top 10 is hilarious. Michigan State, USC, Mizzou, Arizona, GATech (to name a few) all bring back most of their starters (practically) and ESPN adds teams like A&M, LSU, Ole Miss (worst of all), and Arkansas? Uhhh, yeah sure.... those writers sure are on the ball with roster checking. I'm sure they have inside information from their "sources" though.....

To add to that, take MSU for example in the "way too early" ESPN polls as they went from 5, to 6, to 7 and now are out. This is just another ESPN agenda to attempt to influence early season polls thus setting their golden goose up for a higher chance of income. I read this article last year:
The Worldwide Cheerleader: ESPN and the College Football Playoff | Rolling Stone

... and I pretty much didn't pay much attention to it but the more I think about it, the more it's actually feasible in how they go about their business. Recently they had an article run on how the University of South Carolina removed the Confederate flag from campus but made absolutely not a single mention of Clemson removing theirs as well even though Clemson did so days earlier. They also have focused heavily on that issue recently at Florida State where a young man defends himself but fail to, even once, bring up:

Schools w/ most FB players arrested, charged, cited since Jan. '14: Tenn 13, TexA&M 11, Ala 10, Ole Miss 9, WVU 9, LSU 9, UGA 8, Wash.St 8

Phil Steele's is much more realistic I think. He's been among the most accurate forecasters every year since like 97.

1. Ohio State (14-1)
2. TCU (12-1)
3. Alabama (12-2)
4. USC (9-4)
5. Baylor (11-2)
6. Oregon (13-2)
7. Georgia (10-3)
8. Stanford (8-5)
9. Florida State (13-1)
10. LSU (8-5)

This may be a homer comment, but no idea why they'd have Miami at 25 over Louisville. We've decimated them 2 years in a row. We also will likely have one of the best front 7 defense not only in the ACC, but also the NCAA in general. Our offense is what sucked last year mainly, which caused the defense to suck because they would get worn out by the end of the game.

I'd rate the ACC:
FSU > Clemson > GTech > Louisville right now. Could possibly swap GTech and Clemson on #2 and #3. Hell, I'd swap ND (#13) with Clemson, and maybe put ND at #25, with Louisville at #24 and have GTech take #22.

It might be the historic ass beating Louisville received in its last game of the year.
And what ass beating did Miami do to deserve a nod over us (and we beat their ass earlier that season)? They lost to South Carolina, a team that lost against fucking Kentucky. We also had an INCREDIBLY mediocre offense last year. So give yourself a pat on the back and your team for winning against a terrible offense and being able to survive a worn-out defense *golf-clap*

Positive note is, we had better losses vs Georgia than Mizzou did and Auburn. Atleast we scored points (Mizzou) and also scored more than Auburn did.
