They changed it so you now don't lose Contribution from stealing unless you get caught. Excellent.

looks like they fixed a lot of little things. Glad to finally have a 'mark all as read' in the Journal. That was driving me nuts.

The key fix is good. Annoyed me yesterday when I ran into a door (for a quest location) that unlocked it, but the quest door (which had no key requirement) was right on the other side.

Didn't look through much of it (in case of spoilers), but one thing I would like is to lower the requirement of liberating areas. Only done two big ones (quarry and a "camp" where there was a boss) and both overstayed their welcome. Be much better if there was X enemies around the areas and you need to kill Y of them along with the objectives around the camp. Add more of the harder enemies to up the difficulty rather than spawning 5-10 fodder that dies in a combo hit that constantly run at you while taunting you that you are weak and bad while you are standing on 40 bodies of their friends.

Looked at some tips for some starter gear and once you start running the world is fucking massive.

I've ran into a few areas where they port you out, what are those? A timer starts then spawns you a bit from the area.

No button mashing for sprinting on horse or for character, less stamina use while flying and moved storage chest to Kliff's tent. Big wins.

I didnt notice that one. Thats pretty huge, as it was the main reason I wouldnt take the gold bar etc. Its not needed to progress the game, but Im sure it will be easier.

A fix that Im happy about is that they fixed the pet AI so it doesnt just fucking stare at you while youre in combat. Fucking loot shit, Dog. When this camp flips, we’re gonna lose access to all of it! Get to work!!!

Wha impressed me about the 2 patches so far is that they are directly fixing stuff that players are complaining about. They are listening to players concerns and not being stubborn and saying that’s working as intended. Hats off to Pearl Abyss on this, if they continue this way this game which is in my opinion already awesome could become a masterpiece that will be remembered for decades. Yes I’m a fanboy, sue me :)

So glad I unlocked the Legendary Beasts yesterday. First thing I'll do later is kill White Fang and ride around, no more horse!

I think you can take an item from other Legendary Beasts to Elowen and she will give you a contract to summon those Beasts as mounts. Also, White Fang will fight with you vs. trash stuff. Looks great.

Not sure wtf happened with Sunday. Started at 10am and now its 7pm... I did like 4 MSQ quests. But they were quick. Not sure where the hell the rest of the hours went.

At chapter 5 now I think and will push it a little further then do some side stuff for the camp.

Killed Archon (he was a bitch) and finished the witches questline this morning. So much to do. Think I'm nearing the end though so might just wrap up main quest and work on kuku spear

Anyone fought a Queen Stoneback Crab? With a controller. Basically, you need to Cling to its back and do some attacks, but when I'm up there and get the Cling prompt, it wants me to press L-stick, but all that does is use the Axiom Grapple. So as of now, its impossible to defeat it.

Edit: Got it, I was pressing down on L just a split second too long; quick tapping it enabled Cling.

There are like 6 gimmick fights like that, one that sticks out in particular, that are incredibly annoying. Keglord I think was the marionette fuckers name. There are a few of those crabs too. Got kuku flame spear, and upgraded a bit, definitely strong when you have the flame charges up. Deciding now whether to just finish main story or keep exploring. Most of the map uncovered now - haven't poop socked like this in a long long time.

Terrified to use my 7 skill/weapon points. Upgrade past lv 4 hwando vs skill tree. I dont like element stuff but I can see things that are mighty important in all 3 tree's. Almost don't like I can invest almost any node right away because then it's analysis paralysis, especially when I know many can be learned for free.
