Melee is far better with a controller too. Tech (with DB-2 Satara being by far the best tech weapon) and Cool (stealth pistol or knife) builds work great with a controller. Basically the only thing I wouldn't want to use a controller for is something built around power snipers like O'Five and Overwatch. Anything else, it's not worth the hassle of switching back and forth between controller and m/k because imo the driving is absolutely unplayable without a gamepad.
I did almost all the builds and i think knife throwing build was my favorite, just turning the corner and yeeting s knife at some dude's face was so rewarding. How does that work with a gamepad though? It seems too imprecise.

Default autoaim settings are enough to reliably hit headshots without it being a complete aimbot. I think I actually miss more headshots with m/k, for some reason I always found that the drop over distance was wildly inconsistent.

From what I've read throwing knives got real buggy in 2.3, so I probably wouldn't use them at all right now. I wasn't a huge fan of the build anyway, the cool factor is there at first, but after a while it's just extra steps to do what a silenced Tamayura can by itself. And with pistols I can keep my cyberdeck instead of feeling like I have to use a sandevistan.
