I think Borzak Borzak has some health issues as well gang.

Sorry to hear bro, it IS an awesome game. I've played it 100% through 3 times already.

Melee is far better with a controller too. Tech (with DB-2 Satara being by far the best tech weapon) and Cool (stealth pistol or knife) builds work great with a controller. Basically the only thing I wouldn't want to use a controller for is something built around power snipers like O'Five and Overwatch. Anything else, it's not worth the hassle of switching back and forth between controller and m/k because imo the driving is absolutely unplayable without a gamepad.
I did almost all the builds and i think knife throwing build was my favorite, just turning the corner and yeeting s knife at some dude's face was so rewarding. How does that work with a gamepad though? It seems too imprecise.

Default autoaim settings are enough to reliably hit headshots without it being a complete aimbot. I think I actually miss more headshots with m/k, for some reason I always found that the drop over distance was wildly inconsistent.

From what I've read throwing knives got real buggy in 2.3, so I probably wouldn't use them at all right now. I wasn't a huge fan of the build anyway, the cool factor is there at first, but after a while it's just extra steps to do what a silenced Tamayura can by itself. And with pistols I can keep my cyberdeck instead of feeling like I have to use a sandevistan.

They're pushing female V hard. If it was any other game, I'd almost say CD-Projekt want more girl power!
It's the same situation as Mass Effect. The male VA with one credit to his name isn't even remotely in the same league as Cherami Leigh.

I've rewatched this new trailer. New voice work from Cherami (in addition to new in-game footage?)

Her new dialogue along with Never fade away playing hits hard.

I also thought they were introducing new game+ with the first few paragraphs from V.

My current build relies heavily on throwing knives and haven't noticed any issues of significance.

Not using Sandy, there are other options to slow time. I have the one that does it when you are close to detection, and it lets me headshot 2 enemies while doing so, which is plenty. I hack the first bunch and if anything is left, it takes a knife to the head.

Might not be the best build, but its plenty to go through the game while feeling overpowered.

The final scene with all the main characters in the bar kind of gives off the feeling of the ending you wanted to see. Alas, this is Night City...

Or maybe more people played female V? Only way you get to bang Judy. Lol
Honestly, aside from banging Judy, I like female V's voice work as it's sarcastic and actually sounds hopeful.

Hope is a nice change when you have to deal with all the constant negative shit ingame.

I've been getting a bunch of AMD driver timeout errors on this lately, which obviously crashes the game. Running on a 7800X3D with a 9700XT. Game runs 100+FPS most of the time with path tracing on and some of the shadow stuff turned down a bit (1440p).

Not sure what is causing it, but I'm considering just swapping to ray tracing instead to see if it helps.

It's a known issue with the Latest driver 25.12.1:

Known Issues

  • Intermittent application crash or driver timeout may be observed while loading a saved game in Cyberpunk 2077 with Path Tracing enabled. AMD is actively working on a resolution with the developer to be released as soon as possible.
  • Intermittent application crash or driver timeout may be observed while playing Battlefield™ 6 on AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370.
  • Intermittent application crash or driver timeout may be observed while playing Roblox Player (Car Zone Racing & Drifting) when task switching between media on Radeon™ RX 7000 series products.
  • Texture flickering or corruption may appear while playing Battlefield™ 6 with AMD Record and Stream on some AMD Graphics Products.
  • Some shadows may not render correctly while playing Call of Duty®: Black Ops 7 on some AMD Graphics Products. AMD is actively working on a resolution with the developer to be released as soon as possible.

It's weird. I've never had it do it while loading a saved game, it's only after about 15-20m of gameplay or so but maybe they're related. Found some stuff that says it could be related to upscaling so I'm going to try turning that off next time.
