Like the conspiracy theorists said.

Rogean and Secrets got jealous of THJ and worked out a backdoor deal with Daybreak's lawyer before the lawsuit happened, to "Copy" THJ and make their own version

To bad THJ doesn't have the resources to keep fighting the case, looks like pretty clear perjury.

DBG wants the little bit of money they can milk out of this and then pull the plug after a couple months and not face any backlash because its not connected to their client. Got it.

Secrets has been sucking up to the devs for years. He/she/they/them threw players under the bus at the 2024 PAX East EverQuest panel:
