Rogean and Secrets got jealous of THJ and worked out a backdoor deal with Daybreak's lawyer before the lawsuit happened, to "Copy" THJ and make their own version

To bad THJ doesn't have the resources to keep fighting the case, looks like pretty clear perjury.
