The TAKP guys run the login server for Quarm. (I never had an admin role there) I extremely doubt the current admin would ever entertain the notion of faking the numbers, FWIW

With the advent of AI you don't even have to use the same assets.

What's to stop some hackers from stealing the source code, then reskinning the entire thing with AI, so that the two products (while functionally similar/identical) look totally different? It makes it harder (IDK maybe not, lol) to make IP theft allegations.

THJ doesn't fall under Fair Use by any stretch of the imagination.

If it does, then I'm going to torrent every Disney film, change the audio/dialogue of just a few scenes, then rent out local theater screens to play my 'new' films. You can come watch for free but if you want to support me buy buying popcorn buckets with extra slots we'll take your money.

That's a full retarded take because all the donations they're receiving and not using for legal defense/servers are going into an escrow account that they will NEVER get to fucking touch if that were the case.

I mean are they? They can certainly have a lawyer on retainer now and any future funds go into their pocket until they need to replenish.

tree fitty says there is either no proof of any escrow account or the wording of the donations has multiple conditions upon which they are free to do whatever they want with the money, one of which obviously being if the servers get shut down.

No, it's not. "How transformative" and "How much work was put into being tranformative" are not the same thing.
