I’d guess they are hoping to make a deal to keep running with DPG’s blessing with some type of limiting terms akin to other servers. They spent over a year building thj, didn't advertise the donation option actually buried the donation link deep in their discord, and then gave you zero p2w or in game benefit for donating at all, you were actually penalizing yourself if you used donation money the way that Daybreak is alleging people were using it, lol.

of course daybreak were too dumb to figure out how to select "rogue" at character creation and had to scrape youtube videos to get screenshots of their own named characters in game so that should tell you everything you need to know about their competence.

In the context it sure is. Almost all the work THJ put into the game is transformative. New Combat systems, New Raid encounters, New instance systems, New item systems, New travel. All of this done to Transform the game into a much more single player friendly experience. Granted i still think THJ would lose on Fair Use grounds, but to say the work THJ put into the game isn't massively transformative is just fucking disingenous bullshit.

For those that haven't playing THJ this 100% a false statement. You get 1 free weekly respec and make enough plat to respec in like 10 mins. I'm 65 1000+ aa able to solo Time, 4/4 Seru, Sleeper, EZ Zeb and haven't spent a dime. EoM which is what you get for donating drop in game.

I have 4 characters that can do Seru and 2 that can do Zeb. I’ve donated 0 dollars to THJ. What are you talking about? Combiners and No Trade flag removers can be bought from the Aug merchant in the Bazaar. And class changes have been handed out for every major change patched. If you really are in a rush for multiple class changes you can buy Echo’s on the Bazaar for 2~3k each.

Daybreak actually originally submitted this as Vox in the Lawsuit. For those that don't know this is THJs version of Vox. So Daybreak is lying intentionally when they say they had to scrape Youtube videos to get Screenshots of Vox. They 100% have employees playing on THJ and are cappable of getting pics of THJ models, they just don't want to because they think it will hurt their case, DBG is just straight up lying because they wanted to use someones YT video of Lady Vox that looks like the version on live. It got better today Daybreak is paying someone 650$/hour to lie and say this pic is the same as the Vox on TLPs.
