Isn't a lot of this shit on github anyway? It's definitely not 'having access to the code' that's stopping DBG from making a killer TLP.

Yes, all the EQEMU server side stuff is open source. Ysu is to dumb to realize his conspiracy theory where Daybreak employees magically stop being retarded and make a functional mutliclass server doesn't require them "winning the code" in a lawsuit. Daybreak won't make a THJ like server because the THJ style is really bad for whaling and RMT. When everyone can solo everything there isn't much reason to pay for a PL or 20 Krono for the current raid weapon.

I don't live in Delaware, I don't even live in the states, but mentioning the Delaware lawsuit I immediately knew what he was talking about. But I understand, a law student probably doesn't have the time to pay attention to major events.

Person A sold D the bike without the tires. That's fundamentally this case. We got multiple former Daybreak employees saying they gave the tires away before the current employees got the bike and the current employees are mad that they bought a bike without tires.
