Trying to predict a case like this, in California of all places is a coin flip. I'm pretty sure at least one of the 2 thj devs is not a cis/het white male based on the name alone so if the other one identifies as an attack helicopter maybe they'll win?

I've said it before but if truth has any weight on the outcome then thj wins easily, everything they've stated is factually true, while every single thing daybreak games is claiming is an outright lie or misinformation at best.

I'm mildly interested in the outcome because some of my jobs over the years had to do with copyright enforcement. Unless THJ rolls a natural 20 and the judge is an activist that absolutely hates copyrights and wants to legislate from the bench, there is no way THJ wins anything. EQ is comprised of a wide array of art assets and software that are all brought together to provide a specific gaming experience. THJ is 100% infringing at every level. Hoping for the best next Tuesday, but it is probably when the server goes offline forever.

i think that was just the perceived limit of eqemu at the time of that doc, since it took them like 10 years to go from OoW to DoN
