That's pretty much the only time limited priority at the moment. None of the seasonal content will be going away until the next DLC launches.

I assume they will reset to zero like other vendor engrams.

Doesn't seem to be. Small traversal areas with air bubbles. I don't expect there will be any combat in the liquid.
