I don't think so, based on Reddit topics at least. You should be able to check the Engrams and see if they've been renamed though?

All I got last night was Chatterwhite but otherwise it was a blast. The group was great, all first timers with the exception of one Chinese dude that was pretty funny and didn't remember anything about his first run really. Everyone kept a calm head, joked around, learned the encounters, and pushed though. Was very refreshing to not be grouped with douches yelling at each other and calling people fags because they screwed something up.

That Angry Gamer review was the best thing I have ever seen. That guy has my vote and I will watch more of his stuff from now on. The guy nailed it. And it was hilarious to watch, yet sad at the same time because holy shit did Bungie/Activision whoever was responsible for this shit storm, really screwed themselves out of a long lasting IP.

I'm pretty sure they are convinced they have a long lasting IP based on the preorder sales and sales to date. I really think they underestimate how they look to gamers who don't read reddit articles or go to bungie.net to look at the Grimoire.

Those people aren't going to post on a forum, send a tweet @bungie or even look at their Facebook page. I tried to bring up the original story stuff to a couple friends who played the game when it came out and they just cut me off midsentence saying "don't try to justify bad games"

Blue fusion rifles on sale until 1pm eastern, 10 AM pacific.

It's kind of insulting that the Cryptarch still has white engrams for sale. I could maybe understand it if we had a means to customize appearance with transmits or whatever, but as it is there's no point in it.

GD'it they always out the fusion rifles for sale either at 2am when people are sleeping or during a normal person's work time.

They should let you do your purchases via bungie.net since we can see all the inventories anyway. That'd be awesome.

What's my best way of finding ascendant shards outside of Vault? I'm to the point where I just need a pile of them to keep upgrading gear.

Still stuck using blue weapons. I'm turning in at least a half dozen bounties a day and haven't gotten a single one through the mail in over a week, much less an exotic bounty. Getting pretty mad about it.

Also watched his review, slow day at work...His peter dinklage song and the soccer scene with the purple ball with the italian commentator made me lol. Kinda mad about it now cause everytime ill watch the game of throne intro ill hear Peter Dinklage Peter Dinklage Peter Dinklage over and over.

While I find him extremely annoying and his voice is really grating to my ears, he is usually very spot-on with his reviews. I haven't disagreed with him on much.

make 2 alts, any level is fine. have every one of them do a single public event a day, useDestiny Public Events - Timer and Mapto see the timers for the one closest/latest on earth. after PE go to tower, postmaster will have a reward and its either of the ascendant mats, a strange coin, or a mote of light. so thats basically up to 0-3x shards a day, slow and steady way to build em up. sometimes PEs can also drop a shard but its pretty rare, not really worth farming them for it although on your main it is worth doing 5-10 PEs a day, since you earn vanguard marks for them so an easy way to max out 100 tokens/week.

i haven't downloaded any patch yet so no changes in game afaik yet

Nightfall and weekly are nice and easy, extra exp allll week. Man0war, vatic and I just made it silly by hiding under ramps. raised my New Monarchy up to 3 and got a nice exotic fusion rifle.
