Overview: In 1991 Miami, Dexter Morgan transitions from student to avenging serial killer. When his bloodthirsty urges can't be ignored any longer, Dexter must learn to channel his inner darkness. With the guidance of his father, Harry, he adopts a Code designed to help him find and kill people who deserve to be eliminated from society without getting on law enforcements' radar. This is a particular challenge for young Dexter as he begins a forensics internship at the Miami Metro Police Department.

You know, I never watched the most recent "After Dexter" stuff, so I wasn't very enthused about someone new playing a young Dexter, but I gotta say, that guy kinda nails the look. I couldn't listen to the trailer because work, so maybe it was retarded, but that dude definitely has a creepy serial killer vibe. Maybe I'll give it a shot.

Nothing will be able to top Dokes though.

They were banging IRL for a while, then they broke up while the show was still filming

If memory serves, I think they did explore the idea of them hooking up after Rita died, but it didn’t last long/go anywhere

IIRC, people only found out they were married after they split (apparently because she cheated on him), so that's not the best marketing strategy I've heard of.

It was dumb. The sister somehow suddenly believes that Dexter is her true love because he was always there for her. She confesses her feelings and Dexter isn't interested and she finds out he's a serial killer around the same time so she's all conflicted.

In the hands of very skilled writers this maybe could have been something but there was absolutely no build up to it before the season it happened and it was all written very stupidly.

Trinity was the last season that was good. If Yvonne was explicitly naked instead of implied in later seasons, I would have rated them higher lol
