lmao, if I think about it in terms of "damn I could have had all that gear on another character and run a fun ass build" then yeah me too, but I had fun playing it while I did ill revisit it when a new wave of gear or something comes out.

but my WD is what im gonna go with for now I think.

Im really not sure what to do with my wizard - I know if i decided to farm away my life to get a RRoG i could swap out some pieces but meh - Witching Hour, RRoG, TF, and SoH are ever so elusive. I have almost a full set of all 3 armors minus 1 piece of each but i refuse to go fire without a wand of woh.

Got a good roll on Aug bracers, so was able to switch into Aug bracers/shoulders, and get the 3 piece with RRoG. Shoulders had CDR, so I'm up to 44% without a socketed diamond. No socket in my Andy's helm.

EB is pretty permanent now, and I've really liked going frost nova - cold snap instead of a signature spell. stuff just dying all over the place.

So my WD got a Mask of Jeram with a socket; what do people typically gem in that? This is my only 70 and I'm still pretty newb (been 70 for less than a week).

was the kadala being hot proven? nola just gambled 3 mojos so i went in his game blew 500shards and got 3 gloves as well, sorry bros if it was already proven! but i thought it was interesting.

Life% = useless - unless you want to boost your d3progress toughness score. Hardcore players would be the exception, and would be an excellent buffer.
Magic Find = useless, I swear MF makes no real difference over a typical gaming session, maybe over an extremely large amount of hours.
Gold Find = useless, you're already capped (unless I'm reading the cap wrong in the character sheet).
Cooldown Reduction = mediocre on its own - pretty good if you're just short of reducing a significant cooldown to damn near nothing.
EXP% = it's effective 100% of the time from monster kills, especially good if you're low to mid paragon level.

I'm certain I'll be mocked relentlessly for this analysis.

CDR is the only choice. The XP mod is additive, not multiplicative, so the 50% or whatever it adds is less than peanuts compared to the bonus from torment.

Isn't the 41% from an XP gem roughly (9% less) half of the xp gained going from T1 to T2? Yes.

Is there a gem that allows the efficient jump from T1 to T2? No.

Thus, 40% extra xp is just fucking gravy when farming T1 for loot.

So paragon 244 now, still only had 1 tals belt drop. Did get a Vyrs chest, but now the ridiculous hunt for a good vyrs glove begins. I can easily do T4 solo, but need a few more key pieces to start rolling T5/6

Best part I only blew 53 shards to get all three those mojos after completing a rift.

I can confirm Kadala is a loot hoarding slut. Only item Ive gotten from her that I use is a MoJ and ToTD in my entire gambling career so far.

I got my witching hour from Kadala, and my Tri. Literally the only two decent items I've ever gotten from that bitch.

I've gambled 10s of thousands of shards on rings and never gotten a god damn SoJ.

So me and my steady group decided to finally do Hellfire Ring and made a bunch of machines. End result was one guy with all 4 pieces, me with 2, one guy got 1 and the final guy nothing at all. Entirely reasonable given RNG and Torment level (iv) but really kinda sucky from the perspective of trying to get everyone a full set.
