Doom/Stoner Rock

Lizards Exist is a Croatian Psychedelic/Space groove-rock band with a new approach to vintage psychedelia Using 100% analog vintage equipment (pre 1976) they bring these vintage sounds in its original form to the listener. This is their self titled debut album which was released in 2014. This self-titled debut was recorded using only vintage equipment which contributes to its warm and rich sound, typical of the 70's Progressive music. It features a very interesting blend of influences, the most obvious early Pink Floyd, but also Krautrock bands like Can or Ash Ra Tempel and Canterbury acts like Gong or Soft Machine. This is like listening to the lovechild of mid 70s Pink Floyd and Red-era King Crimson combined with the genes of Nektar and the jazzy flourishes of a Steve Hillage/Gong record.

One of my current fave albums. Encourage a play through if you've got time to kill.
