During TI2 I think you needed a pend, but lots of these teams don't even have pendants and I see people getting prizes.

EG - just showing why they are an overpaid under-motivated team across every game they support, its so bizarre to me how casual they take their jobs on that team for the most part. They seem to be on a bit of tilt after game 1 against mouz, I am skeptical of their mental ability to overcome difficulty. We'll see though, their backs are against the wall now if they want to play in Seattle. The only dilemma for EG rally is that 250~ping from Arizona to Europe is a pretty big disadvantage against these last 4 teams, but they did it to themselves.

They played extremely well the first 2 days, Jeyo dropped ONE death in their 4 matches, they really crushed stuff. Today though they've been shaky as hell, the games against rox were fairly terrible. Supposedly game3 was on euro so they all had 180ping which probably doesn't help but eh. Anyway predictions are already off, as most of the others too(rubick rarely picked, fear critting for 1800 with sven, black getting 800+gpm with tiny, 5 or 6 refreshers, 4rapiers etc), I like DD for it and EG second but that might just be the last game for EG too. The frenchies look pretty good to go to TI3 though, either as qualified or wildcard, which is nice since they've been there since TI1, even though they didn't really stand much of a chance before(and I don't think they stand a chance against the bigger teams yet, maybe if they don't disband).

Well, after a streak of 20+ decent games, I finally had one that made me want to not play anymore. Played support Lina with FV, against solo Lion, who I managed to kill twice off the bat and several times afterwards, had like 6/1 score at 10 minutes, wards everywhere, void was getting farmed, what could go wrong ? Well, the entire team starts running around like headless chickens, while they were playing 4+1 with NP splitpushing all the time. Shit like TPing to a tower sieged by 3 people into your death and by the time people managed to get their shit together, Razor was fed like 24/3 and Sniper actually managed to farm a shadowblade 30 minutes in, so unless void got 4-5 man chrono, we just got right clicked to death, due to the fact they had 2 hard carries and we had one and no push to stop NP.

Surprised you picked Rubick. Seems like there were 2-3 pick that were guaranteed to win the picks/bans. My picks are all in the top 1 or 2 spots so far I think.

I feel so bad for Fear, he's older but he's still fucking amazing. By far the best player on that team and carries the shit out of them. Jeyo did really well this entire qualifier. The SexyBamboe pickup was so fucking stupid on their part, this is the dude that got cut from qpad Red Pandas... That's BAD, and for some reason EG recruits him and brings him to their house in like a week, they would have been better off keeping Maelk if he wanted to play. They need a serious line-up change if they actually give a fuck about the game.
EG playing as bad as they are is the equivalent of the early 90's Cowboys not qualifying for the playoffs every year. SOOOOOO many resources gone to waste.

You guys act like its easy to not get caught by clockwerk. That's why people pick him. He's one of the greatest heroes for catching people out. I didn't see the whole game, and I'm not saying that Bdiz doesn't need to go. I think Demon throws just as hard though.
EDIT: Also all this love for Fear might be justified, and his Nyx is extremely good. But I saw him get caught by stupid things too that didn't even include super initiators. EG as a whole played really bad, with maybe the exception of Jeyo.
