That's why every support should get sentries and convince their carry to harass you out of a lane ASAP. Void's problem is that he needs 2+ items to be effective - damage + bkb, or some kind of setup for his ulti and one of the popular picks - Naga, absolutely destroys him. I haven't seen 1 position LD in ages, mostly because building Heaven's Halberd is a pretty good idea and if you get caught with your bear on low hp, good teams will kill the bear then you for extra money. If you want to carry, stick to AM, the only other picks that seem to work in every situation is Weaver, Alchemist and Naix.
A duo wont kill you with sentries because of the move speed from your stealth unless you get caught out of position in a very bad way. Dust maybe. A good trilane would much like they would vs any hero really. If their carry tries to harass you as was suggested, he's in for a rude awakening because not only will you outdamge him thanks to the orb attack, but you also wont draw creep aggro by orb attacking while he will taking more damage than you + creep damage. If the support is there to harass with the carry, then hes not pulling, and their carry is not farming as he should, so you will gain more experience and win the lane.

Again this all depends on which supports, which carries, etc...

Ps sutekh, I see your drow game and I raise you a clinkz vs mirana qop game:http://dotabuff.com/matches/305928463

The biggest problem with Clinkz is that you can right click a creep, get on a plane, fly to China to buy noodles, fly back, and have dinner ready before his attack animation fires. God, I'm terrible at last hitting with that hero unless I just spam BA.

Heroes like Clinkz and Luna with awful animations are more of an issue in pubs where you have 4 people all trying to lasthit / deny the same creep. In a "real" lane where you are solo or supported, it's much easier since you can get into a rhythm and your high damage makes it easy to outhit opponents because you can punish them for getting in attack range by orbwalking. Honestly, teammates are probably the toughest lane opponents in about half my games when I'm playing a carry or any farm-dependent hero. Opponents you can deal with personally, while with teammates you just have to grit your teeth and bear it. Rarely they'll respond to suggestion but usually any advice will just make them bristle and then they'll work harder to sabotage you because they'll be offended that you suggest their earthshaker isn't as high a farm priority as your clinkz. Then when it's 15-20 mins in and you are still working on your orchid they'll complain that you aren't carrying!

VP vs Navi is an awesome game so far. Slow start but tons of critical teamfights down the stretch. Unfortunately, LoH is playing clockwerk and has spent half the game trapping his own team since for some reason he tries to cog the storm spirit over and over.

Glad to hear that they aren't playing with their feet and monitor off for once.

I played a game with a PL and vs a Warlock and the PL was tripping balls when I told him "Use your diffussal on the golem". The warlock was also WTF on public channel "SOMEONE IS HACKING, MY GOLEM IS GONE".

Hilarious shit.

Yes, it was a normal game on a smurf account

This x1000, almost every game unless I pick a mid hero I have either another carry or support in the lane with me that thinks they are a carry as well and fight me for CS. Seems the fact you have 5 other players you have to defeat is secondary to pissing off your own team members as much as possible.

When you run into team with invoker/furion/bara/cancer, you know it's time to stop playing solo q AP...

The only retarded hero they were missing was wisp.
