From the fervor of the female fan base when it comes to romance options its not really surprising, especially since most of the male fan base doesn't consider it as a primary thing.

There's a romance options with a chick - check, done - in my book at least.

So what are y'all proposing? That they add chicks to the story b/c you want more choice in your pixel fuck sessions? I'd rather they design the story then figure out plausible love connections. I hope that's what took place. If dudes got fewer options this time, I'm not that concerned.

A-fucking-men. That was the biggest atrocity of DA2. I'll be honest; the only romances I've ever really liked were like, the pseudo romance with Bishop in NWN2. Sort of there, but not really. I don't need it thrown in my face.

BUT VARRIC...was my bro. We were meant to be together. So terrible.

Am I the only one who feels like the 'intended' romance options always feel trite for the sole reason that they are so obvious and planned?

And if they want to cater to a male audience they should make it like Witcher where you get to bang random women constantly and get cards for them. Because nothing satisfies a nerd's desires like women flocking to them and trading cards.
