Well, reaver is awesome. Dragon's roar didn't seem that impressive just looking at the tree, but since you just spam the shit out of it, with all the related bonuses from low health you get, it just slaughters shit.

Will see how survivable it feels later on, but my damage just went through the roof respeccing fully into reaver and out of 2h.

Anyone know if you can switch Romances? Josephine is ok but kind of boring. Thinking of switching to Sera.

I think you can switch but you need to break up first probably. And yeah Sera is lesbian only, though since Josephine is bi, can't really infer what your character is. If you're playing a male, Cassandra is your other option. And Dorian, if you're feeling adventurous. Or Iron Bull.

Told you to pickup the shards. It gives permanent resistance buffs to your main character and each wing has a + skill amulet for the main character.

I really want to like this game. Played the shit out of DAO, read the books. Dragon Age 2 sucked, fuck action rpgs.

I simply can't get over how clunky the tactical mode is, love having no way to zoom out, looking through my character's legs is awesome. Companion AI is terribad, not sure how you can go from all the options we had in DAO to Follow/defend 1 character. At the rate they're going Dragon Age 4 will have the best story ever but will have Diablo 1 mechanics.

Don't think every single one has a Skill Ammy but they're common to get in them - the resist belts and weapons/rune parts are the 100% stuff.

And as a 100% OCD'er a little annoyed that gay romancing Bull (because he's fucking awesome, and has a hilarious romance line) didn't count for the romance trophy though. Wanted a second playthrough as non-Nightmare anyhow (largely to do the dragons without as much headache + seeing the influence of DA Keep vs. default) but its shitty that the trophy bugged.

Killed my first dragon in the hinterlands at level 14. Was the most epic fight I've had in an single player RPG. Ended up solo tanking the dragon with Cassandra and finished it off with 1 bar of health left. Best game I've played all year, even with the shitty AI and the mediocre UI.
