champion is tanky, which you dont need because shields are already OP as fuck for tanking. Reaver is generic dps, templar is just derp.

*edit*

I mean you could go champion to 2h tank, but you'd be pretty awful compared to a shield.

Anyone know a good spot to farm templars? I need fade-touched plush fustian velvet.

I was thinking 2 handed Champion but it doesn't really seem to fit well. I really don't like the whole junkie aspect of the Templars.
I went 2h Templar and it was pretty good. It's nice to have dispel and other anti-demon shits, as well as the buffs.

I'm about to start my 2nd playthrough, but not sure which class to go with. Any thoughts on bow rogue?

Mist: Try the Emerald Graves.

Emerald Graves would be my recommend as well Mist. Bow rogue is probably the most versatile dps. Does not have the punch of daggers but it is just so much easier and safer to do damage from range in this game that it is almost hard to justify being a dagger rogue in most of the fights that matter.

As an aside, really enjoying Necromancer. It is horrible in fights with with no real adds, but fantastic every other fight.

If you go tempest anything, I'd recommend not getting Thousand Cuts and just using the Inquisitor focus, as Thousand Cuts utterly breaks the game. Though I guess this is more true for melee rogue due to higher damage potential, but still. It's a bit like how if you go assassin you don't use the terrible focus either(I assume, it looked garbage but maybe is decent? The AI would probably be super confused by it though).

So saw a thing today saying in the next few patches they are going to implement a bunch of features that didn't make it at launch. So I assume things like the book might get a purpose.

Personally hoping for more opportunities to build my keep; not nearly enough of it!

Fuck this game is awesome. Maybe I love it to much or just am not seeing it but I reckon it deserves more love then it's getting in Main stream media.

I mean the detail and expansiveness I've never seen or played anything like it. I loved Skyrim but it doesn't feel as dense as Dragon Age does.

It probably has something to do with the lack of good games lately, at least RPG's.

This game is incredibly good, very happy with the promises they made and stuck with after 2. Thank God.

You mean they're going to patch it in and not sell it as a DLC?

One of the many reasons I haven't touched Destiny since I got this game.

Literally the only problem I have with the game is how poorly mobs scale with character level. There is too much content, you're always going to outlevel it.

The weird thing is the content does have SOME scaling built in, but it's restricted to how far it can scale each area.

Dual wield rogue is literally the most annoying thing I've done in this game. Decided my second playthrough would be that and jesus christ. As far as I can tell, nothing is specific to the fact that I picked DW, so I am just going bows again. Fuck chasing after things. I could play another char during fights but then what's the point?

Also, what is with the gang bang mentality of shit in the hinterlands? Trying to 100% this, so was messing around in hinterlands, and I am just chaining shit that is suddenly appearing out of nowhere. Red templar groups into bears into lyrium smugglers into outlaws into mabaris. Like, fucks sake.

Melee rogue gets a lot better after the first few levels. Then it gets insane after Hissing Wastes when you have masterwork tier 3 AoE daggers with 300+ dps.
