I take Kratom every day. I love it. I will certainly not say that it's completely safe or "just kratom", but I only do the ground leaves. Every single horror story I've heard about kratom is on extracts(like OP's first post in this thread) or people eating like 150 grams of the powder a day. I do about 10 grams a day (5grams morning and 5grams after my lunch time workout) and it's a really nice energy/well being feeling. I am curious what kind of withdrawal effects I would have if i stopped at my current intake level.

You'll probably be alright after a week. I don't know how long you've been taking it or what kind.

Ironically, Rajaah Rajaah told me about it maybe back in 2020 or 21. I had just come out of the bad work accident, and was just looking for some sort of alternative for chronic pain. Also talked to a buddy of mine who been in a pretty rough car accident and has issues as a result, and he swears by it.

I was taking it for 4 years or so, but a few months ago I decided to stop just to see if maybe I was becoming too reliant upon it, plus I think I had built up a tolerance. And for as long and I guess as much as I had taken over the years, I was mainly just a little tired that week, but nothing horrible.

When it works it really works. I was just had six capsules of white mange da in the morning, maybe a few more in the afternoon, and then in the evenings maybe have some green or red after getting home from work. Red was always good especially before bedtime because it would normally make me tired and would help with my legs not hurting in the middle of the night.

I have noticed those since I stopped my energy levels are kind of wonky. I mean as much as I talk about cooking and stuff I don't really eat that much, so might be part of it, but I also don't consume really any caffeine. I might have a cup of coffee here and there or a cup of tea, but it's normally just on the weekends or if I'm feeling a little tired from the day before.

I thought about going and getting another batch just to see if I get the benefits of it again, but I don't know. I like the fact that at least it felt like I got some pain relief, but it didn't ever make me spacey or completely out of it. I mean there's only so much ibuprofen or naproxen sodium you can take before it wrecks your gut.
