I’m at max Zendaya fatigue. They need to stop casting ole sourpus in everything. She has like one facial expression. Aside from that, looks pretty good.

Zendaya is great in Euphoria S1 and S2 and she can clean up pretty nice when needed a la Challengers.

I think she has a lot of potential with the right directors.

But if you think her Dune scowl is bad... You haven't watched her make the same face over and over and over in Euphoria S3.

The first two Dune movies were so epic the pucker faced girlfriend barely registers on my hate radar.

I'm going to enjoy the fuck out of watching Dune 3 in the theaters with my childhood friends.

I couldn't ask for a better Christmas gift.

I don't hate Zendaya as much as a lot of you seem to, but she really doesn't need to be in every damn thing. That said, this will be my first theater experience since Dune 2.

She definitely doesn’t need to be in everything. She kinda does need to be in this though.

She's not in an excessive amount of movies. She's just been in IPs many of us enjoy/blockbusters like Dune and Spider Man.

I mean I could have phrased it as "She doesn't need to be in just about everything I would want to watch." 10 movies plus some TV shit in 10 years isn't wildly prolific, but considering how high profile a lot of it is, it's pretty much a substantial level of exposure by most standards.

She is either lucky or a good agent because they are parts that are not simply recasted if the actress got famous and she did. It’s Spider-Man and Dune which were if things went well they were guaranteed multi film roles and 2 “smaller” roles one from WB which may have been part of a handshake deal with WB to do Dune to get a zoomer female audience and the other with A24.
