I think 2,3,5 and 7 were all great. I think it's been spelled out pretty clearly what Agatha is, I don't remember what part of book 7 had her info, maybe you're not there yet. I'm not including 1 in the top tier because I thought the writing wasn't great in it, the ideas and characters were though.
I just wrapped up 6 last night and pretty sure it was the Epilogue that included the back story of Agatha and the Residuals. There may yet be more in Book 7 that I haven't started yet but that was definitely the first concrete piece of confirmation regarding her.
Book 6 was fine; I just continue to find them somewhat dragging and worn out by the end. The early books / floors were very focused on the floor mechanics and whatnot and it felt like starting with (at least) floor 5 it all just becomes muddled. I mean the whole conceit of Ghosts of Earth's Past and the way it all worked coupled with the Magic-lite TCG layered on top and then the AI involvement rewriting rules and introducing changes... it is just all a bit much to be cohesive and tight. Part of that is at least plot related with the AI but everything else is cranked up to 11 when 8 would be good enough to follow and still be better than most fiction that is out there.
Still looking forward to book 7, just wish he'd write somewhat shorter tighter stories to move things along.
