But being actually serious... I would honestly be good with a server without any level grind. A reverse mischief server. Those servers just shit out loot and it was a joke to get geared. I want the opposite: shit out levels and the only grind needed would be to glyph, but make gear rare and meaningful.

100% true. Sue Guadino AKA Senior Community Manager Angelinia is a stone cold tyrant that has suspended and banned anyone that that dissents from the Darkpaw Games narrative. Posting there is a complete waste of time if you have anything insightful to say that contradicts the bumbling dev team.

considering she posted a thread last night that is full of people talking shit to her, this doesn't really hold up.


I've been suspended from that forum around 10 times over the years, each time it wasn't because I was "dissenting from the narrative" but almost always because I was talking about botting and their moderation style.

Ange explained this is discord a few days ago. If you get reported (regardless of why) your post gets reviewed, if your post contains anything against the rules(talking about botting even negatively etc) you get points, enough points lead to a warning, enough warnings lead to a suspension.

But trolling / racism / hate speach is genrally ok on their discord aslong as your somewhat smart about it.

It's the forum Karen's that control the narrative not Daybreak. You have like 2 dozen people that 6+ Box, RMT and have dozens of forum accounts. If you go against THEIR narrative(not DBGs) they will spam report you until mod team is sick of having to work and then you will get banned.

Like without looking i bet it's like Frank, Aeth, Ravanta, Warring and a hand full of other people "dissenting from the narrative"

I don't need Angelica to explain that to me, the minimum wage community managers have been hitting me with weak ass suspensions for talking about how GMs make $ from kickbacks from botting even before her predecessor showed up. Their suspensions last a week or so and never lead to a perma banning.

If I was running a game that I cared about (DBG obviously do not care), I think it would be pretty easy to keep on top of community sentiment, and that would mean avoiding my own official channels as much as possible. Granted, these are the retards who couldn't solo sneak to Nagafen on THJ to take pictures for their court case, so I don't expect that the people there really have any interest or knowledge about wtf is going on with their own game.

My sources tell me Teek is the only server with any respectable pop at several thousand at peak timesand we know that will only continue to drop.

Fangbanger is under 700 active players.

Oakwynd is below 250 now.

No other servers are worth talking about.... Live has less than the collectively players base of all TLPS combined so, yeah.



Frostreaver needs a blockbuster turn out to even sustain overall required platform-wide numbers.

I think they are hoping EQL brings in some replacement revenue but after seeing how much their crew is messing with the THJ recipe of success already I'm fairly convinced it will flop too. The EQ team continues to make one poor business decision after another with zero accountability.

A lot of people will give EQL a try. It will succeed or fail on its own merits. I hope it does succeed, as that's the only way DBG is going to be open to letting eqemus live long term. If it flops, they are going to start going after every emu until the only way to play EQ is live, and they are going to ride that ship until it goes completely under.
