At least if you freak out during week two of Luclin it will be way less of a fuck to hop back in later when all the bonuses are really starting to multiply. Hell, combining free trade with Mischief loot with no item requirements means you can make a level one in April and pack it to the brim with PoP gear for peanuts to then enjoy live exp rates plus more sugar sprinkled on top.

Peak of 760 isn't bad, think there's a couple around 900 though. Obviously this is just steam and I doubt boxers run all their babbi pc's with steam AND you can legally multiclient on this server versus Teek which I think had like ~970. So probably overall pretty popular.
